Payment and Cancellation Policies
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on
arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage
deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If
you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage
deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Pet Policy
Dogs must be specifically approved by the owner .
Quiet Time Policy
11pm to 8am.
Infant Policy
Guest is responsible for the safety of all their children.
First Night Restriction
The arrival night can be any day of week.
Check In/Out
You may check in after 4pm and stay until 3pm on your departure
day.

The unit is conveniently located in NDG-CSL , about a 10-15 minute
drive from downtown/ old montreal and all the main attractions of
Montreal. Convenient locations near buses.
There are also all the conveniences at a walking distance
(groceries, dry cleaning, restaurant, etc...)
